Urban Health and Fitness’ Boot Camp is a six week indoor/outdoor fitness program that brings fitness instruction and motivational training together in a fun filled, activity packed workout!
All Fitness Levels Welcome
What ages limits do you have? 16 and up. No one is too old.
I haven't worked out in a while, can I still join a boot camp? Yes! You will go at your own pace and the instructor will help you modify exercises to your personal fitness level.
What can I expect at the session? A combination of calisthenics, muscular endurance, plyometric and balance exercises.
What if it gets too hot outside? If we reach our heat threshold we will move indoors to the Urban Fitness Facility or Moody Methodist church.
Do I need any special equipment? Just a good pair of sneakers and a bottle of water.
What is Body Composition? If you choose this option we will complete a through analysis of your body's composition of fat and muscle before and after your six week session.
What is the Food Plan? If you choose this option you will be given a meal plan suited for you and your body type to achieve optimal performance and results.
What if I can't go to them all? It is $20 per session if you buy them individually. Classes can be bought in singles or in groups. That option will allow you to choose session times based on space available.
Are there modifications for injuries? Yes- this activity is for all fitness levels.
