Urban Health and Fitness is not your typical health club or work out facility. We pride ourselves on being an accessible neighborhood gym with real people, real goals and a friendly approach to fitness. You'll find our no pressure atmosphere refreshing and reassuring. We love what we do and we are here to help everybody, regardless of your fitness level.
Membership Rates:
12 Month Agreement: Single - $39.95 Per Month Couples - $69.95 Per Month
Non Contract, Month to Month: Single - $49.95 per month Couples - $89.95 per Month
Short Term Fixed Rates: Paid in advance 1 month - $55.00 3 month - $150.00 6 month - $290.00 12 month - $560
One Time Enrollment Fee per application: Single $69.00
Day Rate: $8.00

All memberships are either paid in full or auto debited from a checking account or credit/debit card. Sales tax is added to all monthy payments.

It's a commitment to health. A promise to live better. A newfound motivation to set a goal and reach for it every day. You've got the desire and the will to get there. We've got a few reasons for you to get started today.

We're properly equipped
We have an abundance of state-of-the-art LifeFitness equipment including circuit training equipment and free weights. Cardio equipment includes treadmills, elliptical machines and exercise bikes. Round out your work-out with BOSU balance trainers, resistance bands, stretching mats, jump ropes, medicine balls, and a variety of exercise balls. Your also welcome to use the studio when classes are not in session.

Workouts can be a group effort
Sometimes, reaching your goals means drawing motivation from the people around you. That's why Urban Health & Fitness offers Yoga and Tae Bo Kickboxing classes.

As a member, you also have access to all classes offered at Total Fitness for FREE. Classes range from Zumba to Step to Kettle Bells and Core Strengthening classes.

Our Personal Trainers are team members
They're not freelancers. They're not contractors. They're certified, and employed by Urban Health and Fitness. In other words, they're part of the family. As a friend, cheerleader and coach, a Personal Trainer offers encouragement and advice to keep you motivated on every step of your fitness journey. So you can reach your goals, and reach them sooner.

We offer free fitness tools to help your stay on track towards your goals—everything from health and weight loss articles to online nutritional information. Whether it's online or in the club, Urban Health and Fitness works hard to get you the information you need to stay motivated. You're committed to your new life, and so are we.
