Le Doggett,
Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Tae Bo Instructor |
| As a former high school teacher and coach, Le Doggett knew she had a passion for motivating and encouraging people. After seven years in the classroom she resigned to be a full time mom to her two children and still loves to help others. Le was certified by Billy Blanks as a Tae Bo instructor in 2005 and has been teaching since. Her upbeat classes are sure to encourage proper technique in order to see toning and weight loss results. She was featured in the Tae Bo Amped infomercial, has a back belt in Tae Bo Kwan and has worked with Blanks annually. She now is a Certified Personal Trainer through the national accredited Cooper Institute in Dallas. |

Sara Salinas

| Sara has a Bachelor Degree of Science in Sport Management and Business Administration. Sara's passion for fitness in college lead her to become certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association for personal training, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America for group exercise and YogaFit Trainng Systems for both basic, prenatal and postpartum yoga. Sara developed and instructed a yoga program for the athletes of the Men and Women's basketball team at Texas A&M. Sara believes there is always room for improvement and through commitment and perseverance anyone can achieve their fitness goal. |

| Erin has practiced yoga for over five years is a second grade teacher with a background in ballet and a minor in Dance from Southern Methodist University. She is a firm believer that yoga allows people connect their minds, bodied and hearts. |

| After working as a professional stage actress and dancer Kat hung up her character shoes to pursue a career as a marriage and family therapist. Kat enjoys encouraging and motivating others to reach and achieve their life and personal fitness goals. As a life coach, Kat is available to help fitness client’s discover what obstacles may be preventing them from reaching personal fitness and weight loss goals in addition to creating and making healthy changes that may last a lifetime. Kat is a Certified Personal Trainer through the national accredited Cooper Institute in Dallas. |
